Meet the Founder
Tyler Brondyk
Founder
Tyler Brondyk co-founded Athletic Futsal as an extension of the joy he has for the game as both a coach and a player. Though he was dribbling the ball from a young age, his first true soccer experience was on the ‘D’ team for his town soccer program. He soon moved his up to the town ‘A’ team after several seasons, joined multiple club programs, and then concluded his youth career as the captain for Mansfield High School. He went on to be an all-conference player at Stonehill College and helping lead the team his senior season to be the most successful year in Stonehill’s history. Tyler had a pre-season stint with the New York Red Bulls and later a trial with Sporting Kansas City and ultimately found a temporary home overseas in Germany. Tyler has 8+ years of youth and club coaching experience in the Washington D.C. and Boston metropolitan areas. Tyler has been on staff with NEFC, GPS, and the New England Revolution coaching regional and state level teams. He currently coaches the Quinsigamond CC Men’s Team in Worcester, MA. Tyler is a USSF D licensed soccer coach, US Futsal certified and an ACE certified health coach. He has traveled and learned the small-sided game in Morocco, France, and Brazil and adopts much of his international study and experience into his coaching philosophy.
